Michael E. Knapp

RETIRED

Michael E. Knapp earned his J.D. Degree from Willamette University in 1988. In 1993, Mr. Knapp established his private practice focusing on legal matters relevant to small businesses including creditors’ rights, contract and construction disputes, organizing corporations and limited liability companies, and general business advice.  In 2017, Mr. Knapp joined with Laura Davis and Michael Chartrey to form Knapp Davis Chartrey LLC. Mr. Knapp retired from the practice of law on December 31, 2025.
